On April 20, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in U.S. v. Stevens that the "Crush Act," a 1999 federal law banning the creation, sale and possession of materials depicting genuine acts of animal cruelty, is unconstitutional and overbroad in its scope.

Hey friend! I (unfortunately) heard about this in a group I belong to on Care 2 causes and I signed the petition and emailed my friends to do the same. Thanks for also trying to shed light on this...Knew we were friends for reasons other than hot vampires and Jersey. :)
I'm so glad you found this. Some people have told me that these petitions don't really count but it makes me feel better anyway. And I'm sure we'll find some other things along the way! :)
